Shipping Policy
1. Where we ship
Solvene Labs ships to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, P.O. boxes, or freight forwarders. Certain U.S. states or municipalities may be restricted for specific products; restricted destinations are blocked at checkout based on the shipping address you provide.
2. Order processing
Orders are reviewed for the research-use attestation, age confirmation, and shipping eligibility before they are released to fulfillment. Most in-stock orders are released to the carrier within two (2) business days of payment clearing. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day.
3. Carrier and tracking
We ship via standard U.S. domestic ground carriers. A tracking number is emailed to the address on the order when the carrier scans the package. Solvene Labs is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs (where applicable), or incorrect address information provided by the buyer.
4. Packaging
Products are shipped in plain outer packaging that does not display the contents on the exterior label. Lot numbers and storage instructions are included on the inner label.
5. Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Reshipment due to a buyer-supplied address error will incur additional shipping fees.
6. Lost, damaged, or undelivered shipments
If a shipment is marked delivered but you have not received it, first check with neighbors, building management, and your local carrier office. If it remains missing, email support@solvenelabs.com within seven (7) days of the scanned-delivery date and we will open a carrier claim. Damaged shipments are handled under our Refund & Return Policy.
7. Refused or returned-to-sender shipments
Shipments refused at delivery, returned undeliverable, or unclaimed at the carrier’s facility are charged the original shipping cost; any refund issued will exclude the original and return shipping charges.
