All products offered by Solvene Labs are reference compounds supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory and research applications. They are not pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, cosmetics, foods, or compounds intended for administration to humans or animals. None of the products on this site are approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for any therapeutic, diagnostic, or human-use purpose.

1. Buyer responsibility

By purchasing any product on this site you affirm and agree that:

  • You are at least 21 years of age.
  • You are purchasing solely for legitimate in vitro laboratory, analytical, or academic research purposes.
  • You will not administer, ingest, inhale, inject, or apply any product to yourself, to any other human being, or to any animal.
  • You will not resell, redistribute, or transfer any product for human or veterinary use.
  • You assume full responsibility for safe handling, storage, labeling, and disposal of all materials in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and standard laboratory practice.
  • You will comply with all import, export, possession, and use laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

2. No medical claims

Solvene Labs does not represent any product as safe or effective for treating, preventing, diagnosing, mitigating, or curing any disease, condition, or symptom. No statement on this site has been evaluated by the FDA. References to receptor classes, sequences, molecular weights, or chemical pathways are provided strictly as public reference data for compound identification — not as a representation of human-use benefit.

3. Eligibility and shipping

Sales are restricted to the United States. Solvene Labs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders shipping to jurisdictions where the product is restricted, orders that appear inconsistent with bona fide research use, or orders that fail the age or research-use attestation captured at checkout.

4. Attestation at checkout

Every order requires the buyer to affirmatively check a research-use attestation at checkout. The attestation, along with the timestamp, IP address, and user-agent of the submitting browser, is recorded as part of the order record for compliance and audit purposes.

5. No diversion

Solvene Labs cooperates with law enforcement and regulators. Any indication that products are being acquired for human or animal use, for unlicensed compounding, or for redistribution outside of legitimate research channels will result in order refusal, account termination, and where appropriate referral to authorities.
