Who is allowed to buy from Solvene Labs?
Researchers aged 21 or older purchasing reference materials for legitimate in vitro laboratory study, located in the contiguous United States. Each order requires an affirmative research-use attestation at checkout.
Are these products approved for human or veterinary use?
No. None of the products on this Site are approved by the FDA for any human or veterinary use. They are sold strictly as reference compounds for in vitro laboratory research. Administering them to humans or animals is prohibited under our Research Use Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We ship to U.S. domestic addresses only. See the Shipping Policy for details.
Do orders include a Certificate of Analysis?
Where the supplier of a lot provides a Certificate of Analysis (COA), it is made available to the purchasing account in the COA Library section of the customer account, and a link is included in the completed-order email. Not every lot has a COA available at the time of release; this is noted on the product page when applicable.
How is my lot recorded?
The lot number for every product on an order is captured on the order line item and printed on the inner packaging label. The same lot number appears in the customer-facing order detail view and on the order confirmation email.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; Solvene Labs does not store full payment card numbers on its servers.
How are damaged or incorrect orders handled?
See the Refund & Return Policy. Email support@solvenelabs.com within seven (7) days of delivery with the order number, lot number, and clear photographs.
