This Privacy Policy explains how Solvene Labs collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use this Site.

  • Order information: name, billing and shipping address, email address, telephone number, and order contents.
  • Payment information: processed by our third-party payment provider. We receive only a tokenized confirmation and the last four digits of the card; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Compliance records: when you accept the age gate or place an order, we record the timestamp, the IP address of your browser, and your user-agent string in an append-only audit log used for compliance and fraud-prevention purposes.
  • Site usage: standard server logs (request URLs, timestamps, referring URLs), and cookies necessary for cart, login, and age-gate functionality.
  • Communications: messages you send to our support address.

2. How we use information

  • To process and fulfill orders, including shipping and customer service.
  • To verify eligibility (21+, U.S. shipping, research-use attestation) and to maintain the compliance audit log.

The Site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
